An airport (or train) shuttle service can be arranged upon request. The cost of this service is EUR 25 for maximum 4 people and EUR 40 for maximum 8 people or from the railway station up to 8 people EUR 20. Arrivals after 23.00 is possible only, if you are arriving with our transfer. The transfer price is normal taxi rate.
Our driver will wait for at the arrivals with a name board. He will then take you directly to our office where a hotel representative will escort you to your apartment.
We work only with a few selected, reliable drivers who speak languages. Our driver constantly keep in touch with the airport in order to find out any delays or changes.

The full price of your stay need to be paid upon in arrival after check-in. We accept most major credit cards and cash payment.
The confirmed price of your booking is always in EUR, it includes 18% VAT, but excludes 4% tourist tax. There are no any other hidden charges or fees. The price includes bed linen and towels.
We reserve the right to check the credit cards prior to arrival. If the authorisation fails on the given credit/debit card, we will inform you about the declined transaction and give you 48 hours to provide new credit/debit card details. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if a valid credit/debit card is not provided.
A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified from 7 to 3 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation price will be charged.
Within 3 days or in case of no show total amount will be charged.
